BID: BIDV allowed to increase its charter capital

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) received the approval in writing from the State Bank of Vietnam on the increase in charter capital. Accordingly, BIDV will increase its charter capital by a maximum of 10,365,220,360,000 dongs according to the stock dividend payment plan.
