DAG: Board resolution on borrowing capital

According to Board Resolution No.22 dated December 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Dong A Plastic Group Joint Stock Company allowed Dong A Plastic Co., Ltd. to borrow capital from Ho Chi Minh City Housing Development Commercial Joint Stock Bank (“HD Bank”) with the credit limit of VND1,500,000,0000 for 12 months.
