RDP: BoD approves to issue shares for the ESOP

On December 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

1)      Stock name: Stock of Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company

2)      Stock type: common share

3)      Par value: VND10,000/share

4)      Expected issue volume: 1,429,217 shares

5)      Issue price: VND10,000/share

6)  Implement date: in Quarter IV 2021. 

7) Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The remaining shares and fractional shares (if any) will be distributed to other investors at a price not lower the price offered to the existing shareholders.
