The Board resolution of An Giang Import - Export Company approved the following issues:

1)      To implement the capital contribution for the phase 2 in Angimex Furious Company Limited with total value of VND20 billion.

2)      To raise charter capital of Angimex Furious Company Limited up to VND100 billion.
