The Board resolution dated December 10, 2021, the BOD of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved the contents of the Annual General Meeting 2021 with the following details:

-          Report on the BOD activities.

-          Report on the business result in 2020 and business plan in 2021.

-          Audited financial statement in 2020.

-          Report from the Supervisory Board activities.

-          Plan for 2020 profit distribution.

-          Approving the resignation, the additional election of member of BOD, Supervisory Board for the term 2017 – 2021.

-          Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021.

-          Other issues.
