VICS: VICS raises the issue volume of private placement
According to the Board resolution dated December 08, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Industrial & Commercial Securities Corporation (VICS) approved to increase the issue volume of private placement from 66,000,000 shares to 115,000,000 shares with the total value of VND1,150,000,000,000 (the minimum issue price of VND10,000/share).
