-          Record date: December 21, 2021

stock issuance for capital increase.

-       Exercise ratio: 100:35

-       Estimated issue volume: 410,085,102 shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-       Place of implementation:
