MH3: Extend the holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018


On April 6th, 2018, Dona Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company received the official letter of Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment on approval for extending the holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment received the official letter No. 101/CV-CTGT-HDQT dated March 27th, 2018 by Dona Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company. According to it, Board of Directors of the Company proposed to extend the holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 by June 29th, 2018. After consideration, Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment would like to give opinions as follows:
The Clause 2 Article 136 of Law on Enterprises regulated: “the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders must be held within 4 months from the ending date of fiscal year. According to Board of Directors’ proposal, Business Registration Division may extend, but not exceed 6 months, from the ending date of fiscal year”.
On the basis of the above regulation, Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment approved extension of the holding date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the proposal of Board of Directors of Dona Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company.
Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment would like to propose Board of Directors of Dona Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company to study and hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with current regulations of law.
