HRT: Decision on approval for the plan of business, profit and dividend in 2018

On 17 April 2018, HaNoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company announced the decision on approval for the plan of business, profit and dividend in 2018 as follows:
Article 1: Approve the plan of business, profit and dividend in 2018 of HaNoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company (detail as the appendix attached with this decision)
Article 2: Authorize General Director to hold and perform the plan in accordance with current regulations;
Article 3: Members of Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Management Board, managers of departments and head of units directly under the Company take responsibilities for performing this decision.
