HAC: Temporary delay of holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018

On 16 April 2018, Hai Phong Securities Joint Stock Company disclosed the Board Resolution on temporary delay of holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 as follows:
Article 1: Approve delaying holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Hai Phong Securities Joint Stock Company:

• Reason for delay: The Company needs more time to prepare the meeting contents and other relevant works for success of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018;
• The expected holding date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018: by June 30^th, 2018;

• Board of Directors authorized General Director to implement relevant works in order to extend the holding date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as well as sign dossiers and documents in order to inform to shareholders, agencies and related units about delaying holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with regulations of law and the Company’s Charter;

• This Board resolution takes effect from the signing date. Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Management Board and relevant members take responsibilities for performing the Board resolution.
