LTG: Extend the holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018


On March 29th, 2018, Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company received the official letter of Business Registration Division, An Giang Department of Planning and Investment on approval for extending the holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

On March 29th, 2018, Business Registration Division – An Giang Department of Planning and Investment received the official letter No. 225/CV-TDLT dated March 26th, 2018 by Chairman of Board of Directors of Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company on asking permission for extending the holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018.
For extending the holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018, the Business Registration Division would like to give opinions as follows:
The Clause 2 Article 136 of Law on Enterprises 2014 regulated: “the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders must be held within 4 months from the ending date of fiscal year. According to Board of Directors’ proposal, Business Registration Division may extend, but not exceed 6 months, from the ending date of fiscal year”. Therefore, the Business Registration Division approved for Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company to extend the holding date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 as your proposal. Furthermore, the Company should pay attention that if after first 6 months of 2018, the Company has not yet held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018, the Company will violate the regulations of Law on Enterprises and be punished as the law’s regulations.
The Business Registration Division would like to inform Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company to follow. Look forward to your implementation as the law’s regulations.
