DNE: Information disclosure on extending the holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018

On April 17^th, 2018, Danang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company disclosed information of extending the holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 as follows:
On April 17^th, 2018, Board of Directors of Danang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company received the official letter No. 1011/SKHDT-DKKD dated April 17^th, 2018 by Business Registration Division, Danang Department of Planning and Investment on extending the holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018. Accordingly, the Company was approved extending the holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 by June, 2018.
