On April 18th, 2018, Lao Cai Water Supply Joint Stock Company announced the notice of change in number of outstanding voting shares as follows:
Pursuant to the 1st change of Securities Registration Certificate No. 40/2017/GCNCP-VSD-1 dated April 9th, 2018, which was issued for Lao Cai Water Supply Joint Stock Company by Vietnam Securities Depository, the Company would like to announce change in the number of outstanding voting shares as follows:
