AMS: Official letter on confirmation of the result of private placement of Amecc Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company

On 17 April 2018, State Securities Commission of Vietnam made the official letter on confirmation of the result of private placement of Amecc Mechanical Construction Joint Stock as follows:
On 16 April 2018, State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) received the report on the result of the private placement in accordance with the official letter No. 36/2018/BC-AMECC dated April 13^th, 2018 by Amecc Mechanical Construction Joint Stock. According to it, result of the private placement was 5,000,000 shares.
Furthermore, SSC requests the Company seriously to comply with regulations on investment and capital contribution of the holding company and subsidiaries in accordance with regulations at Clause 2 Article 180 of Law on Enterprises as well as obligations of private placement issuer in accordance with regulations at Article 7 of Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP, which was amended and supplemented at Clause 6 Article 1 of Decree No. 60/2015/ND-CP.
