On April 10th, 2018, Quang Tri Department of Planning and Investment made the official letter on approval for extension of the holding date of annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 of Quang Tri Clean Water Joint Stock Company as follows:

On March 19th, 2018, Business Registration Division, Quang Tri Department of Planning and Investment received official letter No. 132/2018/CV-HDQT by Quang Tri Clean Water Joint Stock Company on asking permission for extension of holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018.
The Business Registration Division would like to answer your Company as follows:
Pursuant to regulation at clause 2, Article 136 of Law on Enterprises and the application letter for extension of holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 of Quang Tri Clean Water Joint Stock Company, the Business Registration Division of Quang Tri Department of Planning and Investment approved for the Company to extend the holding date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 as your proposal. The holding deadline is by June 30th, 2018.
