GMC: Board resolution on the investment partner

On April 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company (GMC) approved to choose Duy Duc – Sai Gon Real Estate Joint Stock Company (address: No.66, Street 34, Binh An ward, district 2, Hochiminh city) to cooperate and transfer the attached assets and land-lease right at 213 Hong Bang, ward 11, district 5, Hochiminh city.
