On January 19, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.45/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code: TVS) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: February 02, 2016

-          Record date: February 03, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay interim cash dividend for 2015  

-          Payment date: February 29, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (Address: Floor 4th, TDL Building, 22 Lang Ha Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi City) as from February 29, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
