On January 20, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.49/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Bentre Aquaproduct Import And Export Joint Stock Company (stock code: ABT) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: January 29, 2016

-          Record date: February 01, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay interim the 4^th cash dividend for 2015  

-          Payment date: February 26, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Bentre Aquaproduct Import And Export Joint Stock Company as from February 26, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
