OPC: The record date for the second cash dividend payment 2015

On January 28, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.78/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of OPC Pharmaceutical Joint-Stock Company (stock code: OPC) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: February 16, 2016

-          Record date: February 17, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay the second cash dividend for 2015  

-          Payment date: February 29, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at OPC Pharmaceutical Joint-Stock Company (Address: 1017 Hong Bang Street, Ward 12, District 6, HCM City) Company as from February 29, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
