The Board of Directors approved to organize the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders and to pay interim cash dividend for 2015:

1. To organize the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders:

-          Record date: February 25, 2016

-          Meeting date: Expected in April 2016

-          Meeting time & venue: The meeting time and venue will be announced later.

2.    To pay interim cash dividend for 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share).

-          Record date: February 25, 2016

-          Payment date: March 10, 2016
