CNG: The record date for the second cash dividend payment 2015

On January 25, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.58/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company (stock code: CNG) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: February 03, 2016

-          Record date: February 04, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay the second cash dividend for 2015  

-          Payment date: February 25, 2016

-          Place of payment:

Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the branches of Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated as from February 25, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
