NCT: The record date for the second cash dividend payment 2015

On January 25, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.57/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Noibai Cargo Terminal Services Joint Stock Company (stock code: NCT) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: February 04, 2016

-          Record date: February 05, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 50%/ par value (VND5,000/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay the second cash dividend for 2015  

-          Payment date: March 10, 2016

-          Place of payment:

Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Noibai Cargo Terminal Services Joint Stock (Address: Floor 2, NTS Building, Noi Bai International Airport, Mai Dinh Commune, Soc Son District, Hanoi City) Company as from March 10, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
