On January 22, 2016, the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.55/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (stock code: TCM) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: February 18, 2016

-          Record date: February 19, 2016

1. Purpose:

1. To organize the 2016 annual general meeting of shareholders;
2. To pay the cash dividend for 2015.

-       Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share - 01 voting right)

-       Meeting date: Expected on March 25, 2016
