SVI: Resolution on the second cash dividend payment 2015

The Board of Directors approved to pay the second cash dividend for 2015 and organize the 2016 annual general meeting of shareholders:

1)    To pay the second cash dividend for 2015:

-          Payment date: Expected in February 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

2)    To organize the 2016 annual general meeting of shareholders:

-          Meeting date: March 25, 2016

-          Meeting time & venue: The meeting time and venue will be announced later
