TDC: Resolution on the transfer of project

The Board of Directors of Binh Duong Trade and Development JSC on December 31, 2016 approved the agreement regarding the transfer of land between Binh Duong province between Binh Duong Trade and Development JSC (HOSE: TDC) and Becamex Infrastructure Development JSC (HOSE: IJC). Accordingly, TDC will transfer 143,424 m2 of land at 5C Lai Uyen Residential Area, Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province to IJC. The total transfer value of VND376,774,848,000, VAT included, will be paid in ten years from 2016 to 2026.
