DIC: Resolution on the establishment of trading office

DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.01/QD.2017 dated January 09, 2017 as follows:

Article 1: The Board approved to record the value of assets according to the report on assets at Phu Tho Branch.

Article 2: The Board approved to establish a trading office of agricultural products import export from January 09, 2017.
