JVC: Resolution on the transaction with a related company

On January 09, 2017, the Board of Directors of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company (JVC) approved to sign and execute the contract for healthcare services between Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company and Medical Plastic Joint Stock Company (Mediplast).
