IJC: Record date for returning stake to shareholders

Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) announced the record date as follows:

-        Listed firm: Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company

-        Stock code: IJC

-        Stock type: common stock

-        Par value: VND10,000

-        Last trading date to receive rights: January 16, 2017

-        Record date: January 18, 2017

-        Purpose: to return stake to shareholders due to decreasing capital

-        Specific details:

• Payment method: return 50% stake of shareholders according to the ownership ratio of shareholders at the record date, pay in cash
• Payment value: VND10,000/share
• Total amount expected to be refunded to shareholders: VND1,370,972,625,000
• Financial source: The capital transferred from the Company’s assets.
• Change of chartered capital: 

+       Chartered capital before refunding: VND2,741,945,250,000

+       Expected maximum refunded chartered capital: VND1,370,972,625,000

+       Expected maximum returned shares: 137,097,262 shares

+       Chartered capital after refunding: VND1,370,972,625,000

• Trading halt: 100% shares listed on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange will be suspended from January 17, 2017 until the Company completes the refund to shareholders and registers the change of listing of IJC shares. 
• The shares will be traded after trading halt is lifted. HOSE will announce the trade date of IJC after the Company completes the refund to shareholders and registers the change of listing of IJC shares.
• Exercise ratio: 2:1 (Those who own 2 shares will be returned 01 share.)
• The returned shares will be rounded down.

For example, shareholder A owning 09 shares at the record date will be returned 4.5 shares and they will be rounded to 04 shares with VND10,000/share. That means he or she will own 05 shares and receive VND40,000.

• Place of payment:

+       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+    Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (Floor 5, Becamex Tower, 230 Binh Duong, Phu Hoa ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province)
