DCL: DCL invests in Euvipharm

On January 06, 2017, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (short name: VPC), VPC Sai Gon Pharmacy Co Ltd (100% owned by VPC) and other investors signed the sales and purchase agreement of stake of Euvipharm with Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc and the group of Vietnam investors. The total transfer value is up to VND170 billion. The transaction is expected to be finished in Quarter I.2017. After completing the transaction, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company will own 90% Euvipharm.
