C47: Resolution on the distribution of unsold shares

According to the Board resolution dated November 07, 2016, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company approved the plan for the remaining shares which were refused to buy by the existing shareholders as follows:

1. The number of undistributed shares after the auction (2,979,870 shares) will be cancelled.
2. The number of fractional and undistributed shares in the public offering (439,055 shares) will be distributed to C47’s Labor Union.   

-        Offering volume: 439,055 shares

-        Offering price: VND10,000/share

-        Deadline for purchase: December 20, 2016

-        Transfer restriction: in 01 year
