PIT: Decision on tax penalties

On March 23, 2017, Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company received Official Document No.237 from the Department of Taxation of Ho Chi Minh City on administrative sanctions for violations pertaining to taxation as follows:

-          Corporate income tax arrears: 1,564,840,014 dongs

-          Penalty for late payment: 365,119,968 dongs

-          Penalty for false declaration: 312,899,003 dongs

-          Tax penalty: 345,000 dongs
