NSC: BODs Resolution No.19 dated March 27, 2017

National Seed Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.19 dated March 27, 2017 as follows:

1. BODs approved some of Annual General Meeting 2017 contents:

-          The report of the company’s operation in 2016 & plan for 2017 by BODs and Supervisory Board.

-          The audited financial statements in 2016 by auditing company.

-          The report on the profit distribution in 2016.

-          The report on the remuneration payment in 2016 & plan for 2017 to the BODs and Supervisory Board.

-          The report of the election of BODs and Supervisory Board for the 2017-2021 tenure.

-          Other issues.

2. BODs approved the reports to submit to the 2017 Annual General Meeting.

3. BODs approved the set up a Branch:

-          Name of Branch: National Seed Joint Stock Company – Agricultural Products Business Branch

-          Address: Dong Van 2 industrial Zone, Duy Tien district, Ha Nam.

4. BODs approved the reappointment of Mr. Phan The Ty as Chief Accountant of NSC.

5. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Quang Truong as Deputy CEO of International Cooperation & Development Investment Department as from April 01, 2017.

-          BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Pham Trung Dung as Deputy CEO of Network Administration Department as from April 01, 2017.
