KSH: BODs Resolution on time for settlement of shares

According to the Resolution No.2803/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated March 28, 2017, BODs of KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved the time for settlement of shares as follows:

1. Time for settlement of strategic shareholders from private placement:

-          Time for settlement: from March 28, 2017 to April 03, 2017

-          Settlement form: to pay in direct cash or transfer the company’s blockade account

-          Account number: 00713234.001 at Tien Phong Bank – Hanoi Branch.

2. Time for settlement of employees from issuance of shares under ESOP:

-          Time for settlement: from March 28, 2017 to April 03, 2017 (instead of dated March 24, 2017 to March 31, 2017

-          Form of settlement: to pay in direct cash or transfer the company’s blockade account

-          Account number: 00713234.001 at Tien Phong Bank – Hanoi Branch.
