FTM: BODs Resolution No.55,56&57 dated March 27, 2017

According to the Resolution No.55-56-57/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated March 27, 2017, BODs of Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved some of BODs Resolution contents as follows:

1. The change of personnel:

-          BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Luu Ngoc Bao as member of BODs as February 28, 2017

-          BODs approved the supplementary election of Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan as member of BODs as March 27, 2017

2. BODs approved the holding of the Annual General Meeting 2017:

-          Meeting time: April 15, 2017

-          Meeting venue: at Thai Binh

3. BODs approved purchase and sale trading of cotton with 3GR Investment Joint Stock Company.
