Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang JSC announced the Board resolution dated March 27, 2017 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved the basic contents of shipbuilding contract of Superdong Con Dao II for Soc Trang – Con Dao Route.

-          Shipbuilder: Kaibuok Shipyard (M) SDN.BHD

-          Address: No.20, 1^st Floor, Tan Sri Road, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia

-          Value of contract: US$2,000,000.

-          Place of delivery: Sibu Port, Sarawak, Malaysia

-          Time of delivery: January 2018

-          Time of warranty: 12 months from the date of delivery.
