KSH: KSH changes the list of strategic investors

On March 27, 2017, the Board of Directors of KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved to decrease the number of shares offered to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh from 1,700,000 shares to 700,000 shares and increase the number of shares offered to Mr. Hoang Xuan Toan from 700,000 shares to 1,700,000 shares.

Therefore, the Company made some adjustment to the list of 22 strategic investors in the private placement. The total number of offering shares is still 28,053,500 shares.
