PDR: PDR transfers capital at a subsidiary

According to the board resolution dated December 24, 2015, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved to transfer the capital contributed at Phat Dat Nha Trang Investment JSC, worth VND162,960,000,000 (equivalent to 16,296,000 shares), to T.A.M Investment Trading Service JSC. After the transference, Phat Dat Nha Trang Investment JSC will not be a subsidiary of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp any longer.
