HHS: HHS contributes more capital into Pruksa Vietnam

On December 24, 2015, the Board of Directors of Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company approved to allow the Company to contribute more capital into Pruksa Vietnam Co., Ltd.

-          Additional capital amount: maximum VND189 billion

-          Time of implementation: Quarter IV/2015 – Quarter I/2016

-          Holding ratio after the capital contribution (estimated): 46% (at present: 36%)
