SJS: Sudico does not contribute capital in Sudico Quang Ninh

On December 29, 2015, the Board of Directors of Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (Sudico) approved not to contribute capital to establish Sudico Quang Ninh Joint Stock Company and not to assign Sudico’s representatives to participate in the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors of Sudico Quang Ninh Joint Stock Company.
