FDC: FDC completes the capital withdrawal from two companies

-          According to the board resolution dated December 28, 2015 regarding the capital withdrawal from Dong Binh Duong Urban Development Co., Ltd. (*) (Fideco owned 30%);

-          According to the board resolution dated December 30, 2015 regarding the capital withdrawal from Chon Thanh Industrial Zone Infrastructure Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (*)(Fideco owned 100%);

Until December 31, 2015, Foreign Trade Development and Investment Corporation of Hochiminh City (Fideco) completed the capital withdrawal, terminated the control right at the two companies and terminated the performance of consolidated financial statements.
