HAR: HAR transfers capital at Ascentro

According to the board resolution dated December 23, 2015, the Board of Directors of An Duong Thao Dien Real Estate Trading Investment JSC decided to transfer a part of contributed capital at Ascentro Trading & Investment JSC:

-          Number of shares expected for transfer: 150,000 shares (VND1,500,000,000, accounting for 3% charter capital of Ascentro Trading & Investment JSC.

-          Transfer price: VND1,500,000,000

-          Owning ratio of An Duong Thao Dien Real Estate Trading Investment JSC at Ascentro Trading & Investment JSC after transfer: 48%.
