LCM: LCM withdraws capital from an associated company

On December 28, 2015, the Board of Directors of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing JSC approved to withdraw all of capital contributed in the associated company - Lao Cai Quangtri Mineral JSC. The total number of shares which will be transferred to another partner is 1,600,000 shares, and the transfer price will not be lower than VND10,000/share.
