On December 02, 2015, the Board of Directors of NBB Investment Corporation issued Resolution No.69/NQ-HDQT approving the bond issuance – Phase 3 to cooperate with Greed Group (Japan) in City Gate Towers Project, with the plan as follows:

-          Issuer: NBB Investment Corporation

-          Buyer: Creed Investments VN-1 Ltd

-          Par value: VND100,000/bond

-          Offering price: VND100,000/bond

-          Offering volume: 956,670 bonds

-          Offering value: VND95,667,000,000

-          Interest rate: 10%/year

-          Purpose: to invest in City Gate Towers Project and supplement the working capital.

-          Issue date: December 2015

-          Maturity date: September 09, 2017
