TMS: Board Resolution No.35 on Bond Issuance

According to Board Resolution No.35 dated December 21, 2015, the Board of Directors of Transimex-Saigon Corporation approved the policy that the Board of Directors will seek the approval from the general meeting of shareholders for the plan for issuing bonds (maximum VND500 billion) with warrants.
