CII: The bond conversion of GS and HFIC

Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) has successfully negotiated with the investors managed by Goldman Sachs (GS) and Hochiminh city Finance and Investment State-owned Company (HFIC). Accordingly, GS committed to convert all VND44.424 billion convertible bonds on January 26, 2016. GS and HFIC will receive the bond interest according to the amount of bond principal from January 01, 2016 to the end of January 26, 2016.
