+ For next period (six months): floating rate, at least equal to the average rate of four savings interest rates in VND, deferred, 12-month term, quoted at the head quarters of four banks: BIDV, Vietcombank, VietinBank, Saigon Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB)  on the determination day, plus 2%-2.5%/year.
