CII: CII successfully converts bonds for MPTC

On March 28, 2016, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment JSC (HOSE: CII) completed converting VND491,275-billion convertible bonds in the first phase into 27,293,055 shares of CII Bridges and Roads Investment JSC (HOSE: LGC) for Metro Pacific Tollway Corporation (MPTC), and completed the transfer of ownership of 27,293,055 LGC shares from CII to MPTC.
