REE: Resolution on bond conversion

Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation announced the board resolution dated Decmeber 24, 2015 regarding the third phase of bond conversion of 2012.

-          To raise the charter capital from VND2,690,705,390,000 to VND2,696,168,100,000.

-          Form of capital increase: to convert the 2012 shares for strategic shareholders – Phase 3.

-        Bond term: 03 years

-        Conversion period: after 01 year (from the issue date)

-        Issue date: December 19, 2012

-        Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-        Conversion price: VND22,000/share

-        Number of bonds converted in Phase 3: 12,018 bonds

-        Number of shares additionally issued: 546,271 shares

-        Par value: VND10,000/share
