-          Bond name: Bond of South Logistics Joint Stock Company

-          Bond type: corporate bond, non-convertible

-          Bond code: SOTRANS_BOND2015

-          Currency unit: VND

-          Bond form: book-entry

-          Par value: VND1,000,000,000.

-          Total expected issue volume: maximum: 400 bonds

-          Issue date (estimated): December 10, 2015

-          Maturity date (estimated): December 10, 2019

-          Issue price: 100% par value

-          Bond term: 48 months (04 years) from the issue date

-          Bond interest: floating rate, adjusted every 03 months, defined by the reference interest rate plus 3.5%/year

-          Purpose of issuance: to increase the capital

-          Consulting firm, distribution, deposit and payment agent: Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company (Vietinbanksc) – Hochiminh Branch.
