On December 21, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1289/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation (Stock code: LSS) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: December 29, 2016

-        Record date: December 30, 2016

-        Purpose: to pay the remaining cash dividends for 2015 - 2016.

-        Dividend pay-out ratio: 4%/ par value (VND 400/ share).

-        Payment date: January 11, 2017

-        Place of payment:

+       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation as from January 11, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
